حملة تشجير في عمشيت برعاية وزير السياحة من تنظيم HEAD و LSR

برعاية وزير السياحة في حكومة تصريف الأعمال المهندس وليد نصار، نظمت جمعية إنسان للبيئة والتنمية HEAD والجمعية اللبنانية للمسؤولية الإجتماعية LSR، بالتعاون مع AFDC وبلدية عمشيت، حملة تشجير من ضمن النشاطات المتعلقة بيوم الأرض، بحضور الأستاذ عماد فرحات ممثلاً وزير السياحة، كذلك حضر رئيس بلدية عمشيت الدكتور أنطوان عيسى وأعضاء من المجلس البلدي، اضافة الى مسؤولين ومتطوعين في الجمعيات المذكورة.

تحدث كل من فرحات وعيسى إضافة الى ممثلين عن الجمعيات، وقد شددت الكلمات على أهمية الحفاظ على البيئة والتشجير لما فيه من فوائد على الصعيدين الإنمائي والسياحي.

وبعدها قام المتطوعون بزراعة الصنوبر الجوي على مدخل بلدة عمشيت الشمالي في خطوة أولى لبناء مساحة خضراء

Under the auspices of the Minister of Tourism ,Eng. Walid Nassar, the Human Environmental Association for Development (HEAD) and the Lebanese Association for Social Responsibility (LSR), in cooperation with AFDC and the Municipality of Amchit, organized an afforestation campaign as part of the activities related to #earthday2023 in the presence of Mr. Imad Farahat, representing the Minister of Tourism, and the mayor of Amchit Dr. Antoine Issa and members of the municipal council, in addition to officials and volunteers in the aforementioned associations.
Both Farhat and Issa spoke in addition to representatives of the associations. Their speeches stressed the importance of preserving the environment and afforestation due to its benefits on the development and tourism levels.
